Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 without giving any reason.
Cancellation period: You may cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. As a goodwill gesture we extend this to 30 days for all customers.
How to cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at jump@doperopes.co.uk before the cancellation period expires. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email without delay.
Returning items: After cancelling, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: We will refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to place the order. We will refund the original standard delivery cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy - Further Details
Jump ropes will always wear down with time and usage so we don't accept returns after repeated use of the products. The cables will last longer if used on gym flooring and with jump rope mats. They can be used on all surfaces but will wear down quicker on surfaces like concrete.
If unused, the item must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order; transit times are not included within this time. If you need to return an item, please email us at jump@doperopes.co.uk and we will send return instructions including the return address (note: return address is in the UK).
Items must be sent back with your order information (order number, item, name, address and email) so we can correctly identify your return.
All items must be unused. Jump ropes should be in original packaging showing no signs of use. Apparel should be unworn and unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes or signs of wear). If a returned item shows signs of usage the refund will be rejected. Please note that you may open and inspect packaging to examine goods as you would in a shop — this alone will not affect your refund.
If an item is deemed faulty or defective and this is flagged to us within 30 days of receipt, we will replace the item free of charge.
If your return is due to ordering the wrong size, you will need to place a new order for the correct size once your return has been processed.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
Returns can take up to 7 working days to process, so don't worry if your tracking shows the return as delivered but you haven't yet received your refund. Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Initial shipping costs are refunded up to the standard cost of shipping. If only part of an order is returned, the original shipping cost will not be refunded — only the cost of the returned product.
As we process orders immediately, we are unlikely to be able to cancel before dispatch. In this case you would need to return the item once received.
The returned parcel is the customer's responsibility until Dope Ropes has acknowledged receipt.
Any returns received without order information may result in delays to your refund being processed.
If any returned item breaches the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return it to you in the condition received.
