Please refer to our in depth SIZING GUIDE for more details on how to choose the most appropriate cable length and weight which depends not only on height but also experience. Generally, you should aim to use shorter cables over time to improve your efficiency. The cable length recommendations you see in the drop down selector are the RX recommended guidelines for complete beginners. We recommend going for the shorter cable option if you are on or close to a height boundary. If you are more experienced, then you will likely benefit from a shorter cable length. Also, if you already have a rope you are happy with, then use that as a guide for choosing the length.
These cables are NOT recommended for use on hard abrasive surfaces (such as paving slabs, concrete or tarmac). Please refer to our care page and rope care blog post before use. Please use a yoga/rubber mat if being used outside or jump indoors on a soft gym floor or non-abrasive surface. Please note that the RX Smart Gear warranty is void if used on hard surfaces.
